Laws and Regulations Regarding Scattering Dust
A person who intends to operate a business described in the table below is obliged to report any generation of scattering dust in accordance with Article 57 and 58 of the Clean Air Conservation Act.

※ The scattering dust generation report should be submitted to the mayor and governor of a city or province under jurisdiction 7 days prior to beginning a business. 'Facilities should be installed and necessary measures should be taken to prevent the generation of scattering dust in accordance with ‘Section 4 of Article 58 of the enforcement regulation of the Clean Air Conservation Act [Attached Table No. 14].'
